1.) Print Media Kit and Online Media Kit
Through the creation and distribution of both on-line and physical Press Kits, Media Assignment Editors and their staff of will be made aware of the fact that your Event is coming to their area. By using as much pleasant, persuasive and personal contact and then follow-up as possible both print and electronic media (local, regional and national) can be influenced to support and spread your message through stories, interviews and feature articles. Great care will be given to make sure that a variety of interesting story angles are included in the materials and personally “pitched” to the appropriate editors.

2.) Social Media, Internet Chat Rooms and Blog monitoring
Regular monitoring and participation in the multitude of internet chat rooms, social media outlets and blogs showing interest in yours and other special events needs to be an on-going strategy.
